Poster Printing

If you would like to print your poster locally at a reasonable price, the local arrangement team is ready to help! And you can book your poster printing service at this portal!

Poster Size

The poster should be 841 mm x 1189 mm  (A0 Size), in portrait mode only.

Price (AoE)

All the payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancelable.

Poster Guidelines

Format:

1) Format of the poster is in portrait mode only.

2) Mounting material to hang your poster will be provided.

3) Place a heading that runs the full width of the poster at the top in a large-sized type.

4) The poster should be readable from a distance of 1-1.5 meters .

5)  Your name, Paper ID, School, or Affiliation should also be displayed on the poster.

Poster Printing File

You could either upload it at this portal or send it by e-mail to AIConference@unu.edu, with the subject line of "UNU AI-25 Poster Printing file" no later than Oct 19, 2025 (AoE).

Poster Pick-up 

Posters will be distributed to Galaxy International Convention Center (GICC) And it can be picked up at the registration counter during the conference on Oct 24, 2025 between 09:00 am to 05:00 pm.
